Authorize the City Manager to execute a letter of agreement
with the Tustin Unified School District establishing clearly
that the City of Tustin will retain ownership of the park
shade shelter structure and will be fully liable and
responsible for any damage, loss, or maintenance expenses for
the shade shelter structure as recommended by the Director of
Community Services.
