RECO~IENDED ~CTION
Uphold the findnigs of the Planning Agency and approve Tentative Tract Map
10300 by the adoption of Resolution No. 82-39.
BACKG~OUNB & DISCUSSION
Subject tentative map consists of six (6) numbered and two (2) lettered
lots. The numbered lots are divided in this manner for sales purposes.
On January 18, 1982, the Planning Agency approved the conversion of the
California Apartments to condominiums (Variance 81-8).
The map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. The zoning on
the property is R-3 and the project will conform to the standards of the
Planned Development District. In order to comply with the open space
requirements, 25,000 square feet of existing apartments will be removed.
The conditions of approval are listed in Resolution 2035.
On June 7, 1982, a public hearing was held by the Planning Agency to
consider this map and Resolution No. 2036 was adopted as submitted.

RESOLUTION NO. 82-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP 10300
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
A. That Tentative Tract 10300 was submitted to the.
City Council by Mollenhauer, Higashi & Moore, Inc. on
behalf of Cai-State Associates pursuant to Ordinance
No. 847 for the purpose of creating six (6) numbered and
two (2) lettered lots for residential condominium
purposes for the property described as a portion of Lot
64, Block 11, Irvine Subdivision, Book 1, Page 8, m.m.,
Records of Orange County.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General Plan.
C. That the project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map
No. 10300, subject to the following conditions of
Planning Agency Resolution No. 2035.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council
held on the day of , lg82.
