HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1955 05 23 MINUTES OF A REGULAR MiEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, HELD ON MAY 23, 1955, AT 7:30 P. M., IN THE CITY HALL OF TUSTIN COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Jerome C. Kidd, W. L. Tadlock, Arthur O. Park, Frank E. Bacon, Jr., and John V. COUNCILMEN ABSENT: None CITY ATTORNEY: C. Arthur Nisson, Jr., was present. Mayor Kidd called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M. Upon motion of Councilman Tadlock, duly seconded and car- ried, the Minutes of the regular meeting of May 9th were approved as mailed out. The City Clerk was instructed to arrange for two reser- vations for the Monthly Membership Dinner Meeting of Associated Chambers Of Commerce of Orange County on Tuesday evening, May 31, 1955, at Huntington Beach. REPRINTS OF Upon motion of Councilman Tadlock seconded by Council- ZONING man Sauers and duly carried, the $78.10 bid of Smith ORDINANCE Printers & Stationers for offset printing of 500 re- NO. 71 prints of Zoning Ordinance No. 71 was accepted. A charge of 25 cents each for requested copies of reprints of Ordinance No. 71 was decreed upon motion of Coun- cilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Park and carried. Upon motion of Councilman Park, seconded by Councilman Tadlock and duly carried, Councilman Park or the City Clerk are to secure, if possible, a copy of the Per- sonal Property Assessment Form now used by Orange County for the purpose of comparing it with and im- proving the form now used by the City and to order a supply of the new forms for future use by the City. BILLS The following bills were examined and ordered paid upon motion of Councilman Park, seconded by Council- man Tadlock and carried.
