Authorize the Mayor to execute the quitclaim deed relinquish-
ing the City's rights to the excess property at the north-
westerly corner of Newport and Mitchell Avenues as recom-
mended by the City Engineer.

Recommended to authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement
between the City and the Redevelopment Agency which provides
for a loan of $350,000 from the City's general fund to the
