BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
The subject map is a l-lot subdivision consisting of 7,735 sq. ft. which is
located at 1971Ren Circle. This property is being subdivided for
condominium purposes for an existing duplex. The proposed map is in
conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan.
On July 19, 1982, the Planning Agency held a public hearing for Use Permit
82-18 to consider the condominium project. At that meeting, they also
considered this tentative and recommended approval by the adoption of
Resolution No. 2045.
RECOWlqENDED ACTION:
Uphold the findings of the Planning Agency and approve Tentative Tract
11752 by the adoption of Resolution No. 82-57.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT
NO. 11752 LOCATED AT 1971REN CIRCLE
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
A. That Tentative Tract Map No. 11752 was submitted
to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847
as a one-lot subdivision for condominium purposes for a
two-unit subdivision for the parcel known as Lot 11 of
Tract 5997 as filed in Book 226, Page 41 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the County of Orange, California.
B. That said map is in conformance Tustin Area General
Plan.
C. That said map is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map
No. 11752 subject to the conditions of Planning Agency
Resolution No. 2045.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the day of , 1982.
