Park, W. L. Tadlock and John V. Sauers. COUNCILMEN ABSENT: Jerome C. Kidd and Frank E. Bacon, Jr. CITY ATTORNEY: C. Arthur EXsson, Jr., was present· The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tern Park at 7:30 P. M. Minutes of the previous meeting. of September 27 were read and approved. PETITION A petition of John A, Prescott for annexation to the City PRESENTED of Tustin of more than one-half of Tract 555, recorded IN RE in Book 26, Page 15, Miacellaneous Maps, records of Orange ANNEXATION County, California, adjoining the present Eastern boun- PART OF dry of the City, was presented and read to the Council TRACT 555 by City Attorney Nisson. RESOLUTION Resolution No. 362 entitled "A Resolution of the City NO. 362 Council of the City of Tustin Describing Boundries of ADOPTED John A. Prescott' s Petition for Annexation and Desig- nating Time and Place for Hearing of Protests by Prop- erty Owners IncIuded Within Territorial Limits of the Proposed Annexation and Designating the Name of said Annexation" was presented and read by Acting Mayor Park. Upon motion of ouncilman Tadlock,. seconded by Council- man Sauers and duly carried, Resolution No. 382 was adopted. PUBLIC Council agreed that a Public Hearing be held in regard HEARING IN the the proposed Prescott annexation at 7:00 o'clock RE ANNEXA- P.M., November 22, 1954, in the Council Chambers at TION ON the City Hall. NOV. 22 The following bilIs were examined and ordered paid upon motion of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Council- man Sauers and duly carried.
