Authorize staff to proceed with the red zoning of curbs adja-
cent to and between driveways along Heatherfield Drive and
Sandwood Place as shown on the subject drawing as recommended
by the City Engineer.

If the City Council is desirous of proceeding with the widen-
ing of the northerly side of Seventeenth Street between the
Costa Mesa (Newport) Freeway and Prospect Avenue north to its
ultimate major arterial street width, it is recommended that
the request for street dedication waiver be denied as recom-
mended by the City Engineer.

Recommended to maintain the integrity of the City's existing
Hewlett Packard Series 33 computer by declaring H.P. as sole
source for the acquisition of one Hewlett Packard 404 mega-
byte disk drive and authorize the Financ9 Director to negoti-
ate the lowest possible cost not to exceed the $28,000 appro-
priated Revenue Sharing Funds.
