Mitchell Avenue BACKGROUND & DISCU~ION The subject map of 5.1 acres has been submitted to create a one (1) lot subdivision for the purpose of converting 70 apartments into condominiums. These apartments are known as the Windsor Garden Apartments and the zoning of the project is R-3 (Multiple Family Residential). The map is in conformance with the General Plan. On November 17, 1980, the Planning Agency approved Use Permit 80-21 which authorized the conversion of 70 apartments into condominiums. On December 1, 1980, the Planning Agency and City Council approved the Tentative Tract by the adoption of Resolutions 1935 and 80-133 respectively. The Final Map is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map. RECOPlNENDED ACTION Recommend approval to the City Council by the adoption of Resolution No.. 2055. I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: A. That Final Tract Map No. 11336 was submitted to the Planning Agency pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Triad Design Inc., for the purposes of creating a one lot subdivision for condominium purposes at 1651 Mitchell Avenue. B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. C. That said map is requirements of the Act. categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Final Tract Map No. 11336 subject to the conditions of Resolution 1935 and final approval of the City Engineer.
