HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC 5 FINAL T.M. 11336 09-07-82DATE: September 7, 1982 CONSENT CALENDAR NO, 5 -82 e - Cam TO: FROM: SUBJECT: Honorable Mayor & City Council Members Community Development Department Final Tract Map No. 11336 Applicant: Triad Design on behalf of Cai-State Associates Location: 1651 Mitchell Avenue BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION The subject map of 5.1 acres has been submitted to create a one (1) lot subdivision for the purpose of converting 70 apartments into condominiums. These apartments are known as the Windsor Garden Apartments and the zoning of the project is R-3 (Multiple Family Residential). The map is in conformance with the General Plan. On November 17, 1980, the Planning Agency approved Use Permit 80-21 which authorized the conversion of 70 apartments into condominiums. On December 1, 1980, the Planning Agency and City Council approved the Tentative Tract by the adoption of Resolutions 1935 and 80-133 respectively. The Final Map is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map. RECOI~IENDED A~TION Staff recommends that the City Council. uphold the findings of the Planning Agency as contained in their resolution and approve the map by the adoption of Resolution No. 82-73. The City Council finds and determines as follows: A. That Final Tract Map No. 11336 was submitted to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Triad Design Inc. for the purpose of creating a one lot subdivision for condominium purposes at 1651 Mitchell Avenue. B. That said final map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. C. Said map is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. II. The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map No. 11336 subject to all of the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 2055.
