Subdivide the "C" Street parking structure into condominiums
(Parcel 1) and create a parcel for the plaza (Parcel 2)
BACKGROUND & OISCUSSION
The proposed subject map of 1.192 acres is being subdivided into two (2)
parcels. Parcel 1 is for the subdivision of the parking structure into
condominiums and Parcel 2 is for the creation of the plaza area as its own
Parcel.
The proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Tustin Area General
Plan.
This map is merely an implementation device for the City Redevelopment
Agency to purchase their portion of the parking structure from Gfeller
Development as previously approved.
RECOI~qENDED ACTION
Recommend to the City Council approval of Final Parcel Map 82-1026 by the
adoption of Resolution 2059.

RESOLUTION NO. 2059
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 82-1026
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
A. That Final Parcel Map No. 82-1026 submitted
to the Planning Agency by Van Dell & Associates on
behalf of Gfeller Development Company pursuant to the
Subdivision Ordinance No. 847 for the purpose of
creating two Parcels for the property known as a portion
of Lots 7, 8, and 9, all of lots 10, 11 and 12 of Block
12 of "a part of Tustin City", as per map thereof
recorded in Book ¢, Pages 218 and 219 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, together with
a portion of Fifth Street, vacated by order of the Board
of Supervisors of said Orange County and that portion of
"C" Street as vacated by City of Tustin Resolution No.
82-12 and recorded as Instrument No. 82-059167 of
Official Records of Orange County.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General Plan.
II.
C. That said map is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.
The Planning Agency hereby reconmnends to the City
Council approval of Final Parcel Map No. 82-1026 subject
to the following conditions:
A. Approval of C.C. & R.'s by the City Attorney's
office.
B. Final approval by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency held
on the day of , 1982.
