AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO PUBLISH NOTICES OF SALE OF TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS
It is recommended that the Agency authorize and direct the Executive
Director to publish notices of sale of tax allocation bonds by the Agency.
Assuming the Agency adopts its project priorities, the first step in the
process to initiate the sale of tax allocation bonds is adoption of the
attached resolution which authorizes publication of appropriate notices of
the Agency's intent to sell bonds. The next steps would occur at the
Agency's October 4, 1982 meeting when it would review the official
statement for the bonds and the terms and conditions of their sale. A
staff report concerning these subsequent actions will be submitted to the
Agency prior to the October 4th meeting.
