ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY KNOWN AS
"IRVINE-ELIZABETH WAY ANNEXATION NO. 130" TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN
Recommended to: 1. Conduct protest hearing and accept
written protests from property owners within the subject
annexation area; 2. Make a finding as to the value of
written protests received prior to the close of the public
hearing; and 3. Adopt Resolution No. 82-81 approving the
Irvine-Elizabeth Way Annexation No. 130.
