International Location: 15692 "B" Street BACKGROUND & DXSCUSSION City staff has been reviewing a proposal to construct an eight-unit apartment building on "B" Street, south of the Santa Aha Freeway. The project is nearly identical to an apartment building that has been completed in the last year at 15652 "B" Street. The maximum allowable unit density for this lot is eight units. The project will conform to all district regulations. Staff will be prepared to plan check the drawings and issue permits upon plan approval.
