DISCUSSION Section 1611, paragraph e, of Ordinance No. 871, adopted May 1982, states that no checks or warrants will be drawn upon the City Treasury without action of the City Council. It goes on to state that all checks and warrants will require any two signatures of the City Manager, City Clerk, City Treasurer, or Finance Coordinator. Because the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is considered a separate entity in the sense that its funds are not co-mingled with City funds, it was felt that formal guidelines for the issuance of checks and warrants should be adopted. The attached Resolution places the same requirements on Agency funds as are currently required on City funds. There are no active City or Agency accounts that do not already comply with these requirements. attachment 1 2 4 5 7 8 9 10 11 12 15 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 24 25 25 27 28 29 50 51 RESOLUTION NO.
