No Agency action required. The application for Use Permit 82-32 has been
withdrawn.
BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
On November 15, 1982, the hearing for Use Permit 82-32 was continued to
this date pending confirmation from the property owner that no lease
agreement would be entered into for the proposed use.
On November 22, 1982, staff received the attached letter from Santa Fe Land
Development Company verifying that no lease would be signed. Therefore,
all Agency consideration should be terminated.
