FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 11330
Applicant: Hall & Foreman, Inc. on behalf of R.S.J. Associates
Location: Northeasterly corner of San Juan and Red Hill Avenue.
BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION:
The subject map of 3.82 acres has been submitted to create a one (1) lot
subdivision for the purpose of converting 96 apartments into condominiums.
These apartments are known as the Rancho San Juan Apartments and the zoning
of the project is R-3, Multiple-family Residential. The map is in
conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan.
On December 1, 1980 the Planning Agency approved a variance application
which converted these apartments into condominiums. Also on that date, the
Planning Agency and City Council approved Tentative Tract Map 11330 by the
adoption of Resolutions 1936 and 80-134. All of the conditions in these
resolutions have been met.
On December 6, 1982, the Planning Agency recommended approval of this Final
Map by the adoption of Resolution No. 2070.
RECOI~4ENDED ACTION:
Uphold the findings of the Planning Agency and approve Final Tract Map No.
11330 by the adoption of Resolution No. 82-89.

RESOLUTION NO. 82-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CII~~ OF TUSTIN, APPROVING FINAL
TRACT MAP NO. 11330
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
as follows:
I. The City Council of Tustin finds and determines as
follows:
That Final Tract No. 11330 was submitted pursuant
to Ordinance No. 847 by R.S.J. Associates for the
purpose of creating a one (1) lot subdivision for
condominium purposes for the property described as
Lot 1, Tract 6288.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
That this map is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act.
D. That said final map is in substantial conformance
with the tentative map.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Final Tract No.
11330, subject to the findings and conditions of the
Planning Agency Resolution NO. 2070 and final approval
by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City
Council, held on the 6th day of December, 1982.
