DISCUSSION
The Community Development staff has received tenant improvement requests
for an architectural processing service at the Olen Warner Industrial
Complex on Warner Avenue.
Section IIE2a of Resolution No. 1962, the approving document, stated a
requirement for obtaining City approval for specific uses as follows:
"Planning Agency review each use and interior improvement plans
prior to issuance of tenant improvement contruction permits."
Staff has reviewed the accompanying application and back-up information and
it appears the use is appropriate for a multiple tenant industrial complex.
If the Planning Agency has no concerns, the Building Division will review
construction plans and issue improvement permits for the subject use.
