Community Development Department Architectural Blueprinting, Olen Warner .Park DISCUSSION The Community Development staff has received tenant improvement requests for an architectural processing service at the Olen Warner Industrial Complex on Warner Avenue. Section IIE2a of Resolution No. 1962, the approving document, stated a requirement for obtaining City approval for specific uses as follows: "Planning Agency review each use and interior improvement plans prior to issuance of tenant improvement contruction permits." Staff has reviewed the accompanying application and back-up information and it appears the use is appropriate for a multiple tenant industrial complex. If the Planning Agency has no concerns, the Building Division will review construction plans and issue improvement permits for the subject use. We will require space.to house our com- puter specifications processing and production space for our engineer- ing-and drafting staff. A portion of the space,will also be required for model building and blueprinting services, as well as storage of interiors samples and construction materials submittals and catalogs.
