Recommended to confirm the following with respect to the above ground vaults associated with the proposed underground C.A.T.V. facilities: a. Require CommuniCom to contact each affected property owner and explain what will be installed and why the need for it. Also require CommuniCom to obtain a signed statement from the affected residents that they have been notified of same and that they do or do not object to the proposed locations.
