Resolution RDA 83-6 should be adopted by the Redevelopment Agency and Resolution No. 83-91 for Revenue Sharing is attached to Royleen's memo regarding the use of Revenue Sharing funds. As requested-by Council, the General Fund appropriations have been reduced by $447,000 to reflect the City's position on the Fire Contract. Also, no appropri- ation has been made regarding the ~apital Improvement Fund. I will prepare summary of limits of the uses of these funds for future consideration. attachments 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 83-92 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ADOPTING THE CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1983-84. WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1415h of the Tustin City Code, the City Manager has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed annual bud§et for the 1983-84 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council, as the legislative body of the City, has reviewed this proposed budget, NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows: Section 1. A certain document on file in three (3) copies in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Tustin, being mark~ and designated "City of Tustin Budget 1983-84." Said document, as prepared by the City Manager and reviewed and adjusted by the City Council, is hereby adopted for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1983. Section 2. The following sums o¢ money are hereby appropriated from the revenues of the City of Tustin for the purposes stated, during the 1983-84 fiscal year. GOVERNMENTAL FUNDS APPROPRIATION Normal operations budget Capital improvements $ 9,724,633 6,203,430 TOTAJ. Wynn, City Clerk 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 83-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ADOPTING THE WATER FUND BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1983-84. WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1415h of the Tustin City Code, the City Manager has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed Water Fund Budget for the 1983-84 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council, as the legislative body of the City, has reviewed this proposed budget, NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve, determine, and order that the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the revenue of the Water Fund for the purposes stated, during the 1983-84 fiscal year. Water Fund Operating Budget $3,417,298 Water Fund Capital Improvements 162,500 TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS 1983-84 $3,579,798 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 7nd day of November, 1983.
