M., to be held for the purpose of consider- ing the route of the proposed extension of the Santa Ana Freeway South of First Street towards El Toro, California. Dated May 20, 1952, at 2:00 o'clock P. Humeston, Frank Bacon, Jr. MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, HELD ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON, MAY 20, 1952, AT 3:15 P. M., AT THE CITY HALL COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Vincent L. Humeston, J. Roy Teter, Wm. I. Miller, Frank E. Bacon, Jr., and William H. Gray. COUNCILMEN ABSENT: None CITY ATTORNEY: C. Arthur Nisson, Jr., was present. Mayor Humeston called the meeting to order at 3:15 P. M. A "Waiver of Notice of this Special Meeting" for the purpose of considering the route of the pro- posed extension of the Santa Ana Freeway South of First Street towards El Toro, California, was pre- sented by City Attorney Nisson and was duly signed by all members of the Council. After discussion by the Council with Mr. Cessna, District Engineer of the State Highway Department and his Assistant who were present, City Attorney Nisson presented Resolution No. 309 entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tus- tin Approving the Proposed Route of the Extension of the Santa Ana Freeway South of First Street Towards El Toro, California." On motion, of councilman Miller, seconded by Council- man Teter and duly carried, Resolution No. 309 was read by title only. RESOLUTION NO. Resolution No. 309 was adopted on motion of Council- 309 ADOPTED man Miller, seconded by Councilman Gray and duly carried. Councilman Miller moved to adjourn. Councilman Gray seconded the motion.
