SUBMITTAL If the City Council is desirous of proceeding with the widening of the northerly side of Seventeenth St. between the Costa Mesa Freeway and Prospect Ave. (north) during the 1984-85 fiscal year, it is recommended that they appropriate $8,500.00 within the 1983-84 fiscal year for consultant services consisting of field survey and real estate appraisal as recommended by the City Engineer.
