RELATIVE TO REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING ON CERTAIN PRI-
VATELY OWNED STREETS (HAMPTON SQUARE, 16331 McFadden St.)
BACKGROUND:
This item was requested to be continued from the July 18th meeting by
the Police Department. Attached is a request for the enforcement of
the Uniform Traffic Ordinance for the Hampton Square Apartments at
16331 McFadden St.

The undersigned property owner (or duly authorized agent) hereby requests and
consents to the enforcement of the Uniform Traffic Or~inance pursuant to
Section 21107. 'et seq. of the California Vehicle Code and Ordinances of the
City of Tustin for the property known as:
Hampton Square Apartments
located at 16331 MC Fadden Tustin , Ca. 92680
in the City of Tustin~ California.

RESOLUTION NO. 83-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, RELATIVE TO REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND
PARKING ON CERTAIN PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY (Hampton Square)
The City Council, City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The owners of the following described properties have requested
and consented to the enforcement of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance of the City
of Tustin and the Vehicle Code provisions referred to therein upon their
respective properties pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 652 of the
City of Tustin:

16331 McFADDEN STREET
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA 92680
2. The aforesaid property is hereby designated as subject to Ordi-
nance No. 652 and the provisions of the Tustin City Code shall apply thereto,
specifically including Sections 14-6 and 14-7 thereof upon the erection and
maintenance of signs as follows:
Signs shall be posted and maintained by the respective owners of
each such property at the entrance to such roads, ways, and drive-
ways, which shall be not smaller than 45 inches, by 30 inches, with
letters not less than 3 inches in height, and of such size, shape
and color as to be readily legible during daylight hours at a dis-
tance of 100 feet, which shall state:
TRAFFIC & PARKING
REG. BY C.V.C. AND
TUSTIN CITY CODE.
VIOLATING VEHICLES
MAY BE CITED AND/OR
TOWED AWAY.
