1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 9:27 p.m. in the
city Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way,'Tustin, California, following a
meeting of the City Council.

It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the
July 18, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF' DEHANDS
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to approve General Demands in
the amount of $15,451.25 %or June, 1983, as recommended by the Director of
Finance. Carried 5-0. 81
5. UTILITY UNDERGROUNOING
The Director of Public Works presented the staff report as contained in
his inter-com dated July 25, 1983. After Council/staff discussion, it was
moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to proceed with the conduit installa-
tion for future undergrounding and authorize a budget appropriation in the
amount of $20,500.00 for conduit installation and sidewalk replacement
along the frontages of Irvine Boulevard, Holt Avenue, and Newport Avenue.
Carried 4-1, Kennedy opposed. 104
6. OTHER BUSINESS
None.

next regular meeting on August 15, 1983. Motion carried 5-0.
