CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 10:18 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California,.following a meeting of the City Council. 2. Kenneth Fleagle, Planning Consultant Approximately 25 in the audience e It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the June 20 and July 5, lg83, meetings. Carried 5-0. BID AWARD - FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 LANDSCAPE PAINTENANCE, El_ CAMINO REAL/MAIN STREET Bids for subject project were opened July 8, 1983, and received as fol- lows: Midori Gardens, Santa Ana Landscape West, Los Angeles $9,600.00 $11,125.00 As recommended in the inter-com dated July 11, 1983, prepared by the Engi- neering Division, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to award the contract for subject project to Midori Gardens, Santa Ana, in the amount of $9,600.00.
