APPROVAL OF MINIF~ES It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the June 6, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0. 4. RESOLIF~ION NO. RDA 83-5 - EL CNiINO REN./I~AIN ~REET IJUiDSCAPE ~INllEl~m~NCE Pursuant to the recommendation contained in the inter-com dated June 13, 1983, prepared by the Engineering Division, it was moved by Edgar, sec- onded by Saltarelli, to: 1) Reject all proposals received on June 10, 1983; and 2) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-5 - A Resolution of the Tustin Community Rede- velopment Agency of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CI~ OF TUSTIN FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 LAND- SCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS Carried 5-0. 92 5.
