RECOMI~NBATION: M. O. - That Ordinance No. 885 have second reading by title only. M. O. - That Ordinance No. 885 be passed and adopted. (Roll Call Vote) 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14- 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 885 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO LIMITED TIME PARKING. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows: 1. That Section 5331 of the Tustin City Code be and the same hereby is amended as follows: A. Subparagraphs e, f, g, h, i, and j are hereby relettered to h, i, j, k, 1 and m, respectively. B. New paragraph e is hereby added to read as follows: e. Four Hour Parking When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the City Traffic Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof and indicating the hours and days when in effect, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle for a period of time longer than four hours. C. New paragraph f is hereby added to read as follows: f. Eight Hour Parking When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the City Traffic Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof and indicating the hours and days when in effect, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle for a period of time longer than eight hours. D. New paragraph g is hereby added to read as follows: g. Twelve Hour Parking When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the City Traffic Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof and indicating the hours and days III III III 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14- 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 24 25 26 27 28 when in effect, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle for a period of time longer than twelve hours.
