Deny claim as recommended by the City Attorney, CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Page i 4-18-83 RESOLUTION NO. 83-33- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MOULTON PARKWAY/IRVINE CENTER DRIVE AND MYFORD ROAD FAU PROJECT M-M032{O04) Recommended to adopt Resolution No. 83-33 approving plans for the subject project and authorize the advertisement of bids subject to Caltrans and F.H.W.A. approval of project and authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to set the date and time for bids to be opened, also subject to Caltrans and F.H.W.A. approval as recommended by the City E ngi neet. RESOLUTION NO. 83-32 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION (Flooring at Clifton C. Miller Community Center) Adoption of Resolution Nos. 83-32 and assuming no claims or stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion, authorize payment of the final 10% retention amount as recommended by the Engi- neering Department. Kim for the bid price of $15,000 as recommended by the Engineering Department. AUll(ORIZATION TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDER FOR FURNISHING OF 96' REINFORCED CONCRETE STORM DRAIN PIPE FOR MOULTON PARKWAY FAU PROJECT M-M032 (004) Authorize staff, subject to project approval by Caltrans/ F.H.W.A., to issue a purchase order to Hydro Conduit Corpora- tion of Corona, CA, in the amount of $13,790.26 for the pur- chase of 114 lineal feet of 96" reinforced concrete pipe as recommended by the Engineering Department. e SIGN CODE EXCEPTION (14982 Red Hill Avenue) Approve sign as submitted, subject to conditions as recom- mended by the Community Development Department.
