The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mrs. Kennedy, and the Invocation was given by Mr. Saltarelli. Agency Members Present: Agency Members Absent: Others Present: Richard B. Edgar, Chairman Ursula E. Kennedy, Chairperson Pro Tem Ronald B. Hoesterey Donald J. Saltarelli Frank H. Greinke William A. Huston, Executive Director/City Mgr. James G. Rourke, City Attorney Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Charles R. Thayer, Chief of Police Ronald A. Nault, Finance Director Mary Ann Chamberlain, Associate Planner Dale Wick, Assistant City Engineer Earl Rowenhorst, Water Services Manager Approximately 70 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MI~=r~S It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Kennedy, to approve the minutes of the March 7, 1983, meeting. Carried 4-0, Greinke absent. 4. ~rm~KB~SINESS None. At 7:05 p.m. it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Kennedy, to recess to the City Council meeting. Carried 4-0, Greinke absent. At 9:13 p.m., the meeting was reconvened with all Agency members present (Greinke arrived at approximately 7:06 p.m.). 6. ~ ~,,,c,.n SI'~ STUDY It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Saltarelli, to authorize staff to conduct a study utilizing Redevelopment funds for a new well site.
