The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:00 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mr. Saltarelli, and the
Invocation was given by Mr. Hoesterey.

It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Hoesterey, to approve the minutes
of the February 22, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0.
4. APPEO~AL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoesterey, to approve General Demands
for the month of February, 1983, in the amount of $53,113.22 as
recommended by the Director of Finance. Motion carried 5-0. 81
5. ~ ~INESS - EL CAMINO ~L/MAIN =£u~r IMP~u¥~TS PROJECT
In response to Chair~uan Edgar's concern, the Executive Director reported
that the information regarding the loss of trees will be forthcoming at
the next Agency meeting. Although the Executive Director noted that
retention of the 10% amount is automatic, it was moved by Greinke, sec-
onded by Hoesterey, to adopt a minute order to hold payment of the final
10% retention amount until the issue is resolved. Carried 5-0. 95

the next regular meeting on March 21, 1983. Carried 5-0.
