City of Tustin, et al. Orange County Municipal Court No. 152970 Dear Sirs: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 910, please accept this letter as a claim for indemnification by the Southern California Gas Company against the City of Tustin.. The mailing address of'the claimant is: Southern California Gas Company c/o C. Randall Cook, Attorney 810 South Flower Street, ML-666 Los Angeles, California 90017 On January 14, 1983, the Southern California Gas Company was served with the cross-complaint of the City of Tustin and R. J. Noble in the above case. In this case, Plaintiff Woodward alleges that she fell on a sidewalk in the 100 Block of E1 Camino Real in the City of Tustin, on August 23, 1982, and was injured. Plaintiff has sued the City of Tustin and the R. J. Noble Company. As the direct and sole proximate result of the failure of the City of Tustin and its agents to maintain the sidewalk in a safe condition, the Southern California Gas Company will be forced to expend monies in the defense of this cross-complaint. City Clerk City of Tustin -2- January 28, 1983 The name or names of the public employees or agents of the City of Tustin, who caused the injuries of plaintiff and the resulting damages to Southern California Gas Company, are unknown at this time.
