'82-'83 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council, at thief meeting of March 7, 1983, award the contract for subject project to R.J. Noble Co. of Orange, CA in the amount of $217,030.50 and authorize City staff to add additional maintenance locations to the project to utilize all of the funds budgeted for this work. BACKGROUND: Subject project encompases heater scarification, application of pavement rejuvenating agent, and construction of an asphalt concrete overlay on 16 various streets which were included in the previously established 5-Year Maintenance Program.
