The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:00 p.m. in the City
council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, .Tustin, California.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mr. Sal~arelli, and the
Invocation was given by Mr. Hoesterey.

It was moved b~ Sal~arelli, seconded by Hoeeterey, to approve the minutes
of the Feb~y 22, 1983, meeting. Carried 5~0.
~t was mOVed b~ Greinke, seconde~ b~'Hoesterey, to approve General De~an~s
for the ~onth of February, 1983, in the amount of $53,113.22 as
recommended by the Director of F4-~nce. Motion carried 5-0. 81
In response to Chair~n E~gar's concern, the Executive Director reported
that the t-~ormation regar~//lg the loss of ~rees will be for~hcomi~g at
the next Agency meeting. Althou~ the Executive Director noted that
retention of the 10% amoun= is au~maatic, it was moved by Greinke, sec-
onded b~ Hoester~, to a~op~ a minute order to hold 9ayment of the final
10% retention amount until the issue is resolve~. Carried 5-0. 95
At 7:03 p-m- it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Gre~-ke, ~o adjourn to
the next regular meeting on March 21, 1983. Carried 5-0.
