The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag wes led by Mr. Greinke, and the Invo- cation was given by Chairperson Pro Tem Kennedy. 2. ~O~z. C~T.?. Nault, Finance Director Approximately 30 in the audience 3. APPROVAL It was moved by Greige, seconde~ by Hoesterey, to approve the minutes of the F~ruary 7, 1983, meeting. Carried 5-0. It was moved by Hoestere¥, seconded by Greinke, to approve General Demands for the month of January, 1983, in the amount of $808,745.92 as recom- mended by the Director of Finance. Motion carried 5-0. 81 AS recommended in the report dated February 15, 1983, prepared by the Engineering Division, it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to: Adopt the follow&ng resolution; and RESO~TION NO. ~A 83--2 - A Resolution of the Tustin Community Rede- velopment Agency of the City of Tustin ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION (El Camino Real/ Main Street Improvements - R. J. Noble Company) 2) If no claims or stop payment notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion, and pending satis- factory installation of ~he clock, authorize payment of the final 10% retention amount. In response to Mr. Greinke's concern regarding the loss of trees, the Executive Director responded that the 10% retention amount is sufficient to cover that if necessary, and between now and the next Agency meeting, staff is meeting with the contractor on this issue and anticipates having the necessary information for the Agency to determine how to proceed. The motion carried 5-0. 95 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 2-22-83 Pursuant to the recoamaendation contained in the report dated February 16, 4983, prepared by the Director .of Public Works, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Kennedy, to authorize the City of Tustin to administer the contract and expenditure of funds for the traffic signal modification at Prospect Avenue and First Street.
