CAL~ TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. P~.~nGE ~ )~T.T.IG~IANCE & INVOCATION The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Chairperson Pro Tem Kennedy, and the Invocation was given by Chairman Edgar. 3. ~OLL CALL Agency Members Present: Agency Members Absent: Others Present: Richard B. Thayer, Chief of Police Royleen A. White, Community Services Director R. Kenneth Fleagle, Planning Consultant Approximately 25 in the audience 4. APPBOVAL ~ MINUTES oIt was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to approve the minutes of the January 17, 1983, meeting' Carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent. 5. EL CASINO ~ As recommended in the report dated January 21, 1983, prepared by the Director of Public Works, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoesterey, to not relocate the E1 Camino Real/Main Street.bollards to a clear dis- tance of 40 inches between the center two bollards on each corner. Following an Agency/staff discussion period, the motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent. 95 6. OTHER B~SINESS None. 7. ADJOO~iMI~ At 7:36 p.m. it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoesterey, to adjourn to the next adjourned regular meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 1983. Carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent.
