The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 7:30 p.m. in the City
Council CbAm~ers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Greinke, to approve the minutes of
the January 17, 1983, meeting. Carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent.
As recommended in the repor~ dated Jan-A~y 21, 1983, prepared by the
Director of Public Works, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoestarey,
to n~fc relocate the E1 CA~4no Real/Main Street bollards ~o a clear dis-
tance of 40 inches between the center two bollards o~ each corner.
Following an Agency/staff discussion period, the motion carried 4-0,
Saltarelli absent. 95

the next adjottrned regular meeting o~ Tuesday, February 22, 1983. Carried
4-0, Saltarelli absent.
