Carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent. As recommended in the repor~ dated Jan-A~y 21, 1983, prepared by the Director of Public Works, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Hoestarey, to n~fc relocate the E1 CA~4no Real/Main Street bollards ~o a clear dis- tance of 40 inches between the center two bollards o~ each corner.
