RECOMMENDED ACTION, PLANNING AGENCY Staff recommends that the Agency grant a six (6) month extension of Use Permit 81-2. RECOMMENDED ACTION, CIl~ COUNCIL Contingent upon Planning Agency approval of an extension of Use Permit 81-2, staff recommends that the City Council grant a concurrent extension for Tentative Tract Map No. 11370. Also on that date, the City Council approved Tentative Tract 11370 which subdivided this property.
