The workshop was supposed to be held frcm 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Due to excessive fog, speakers were not available at the scheduled time, therefore, the workshop was actually held during later hours of the same day. Theworkshopwas interesting and a substantial amount of printed material was obtained; however, cogeneration is quite impractical for this City. We do not currently have any facility or planned facility that could generate enough energy to make this type of project feasible. There is another energy measure we might research in order to determine its practicality and feasibility; that is solar energy. Please let me kn~ if you would like me to pursue the alternative energy plan further. Ail cogeneration literature is available for your review. If you need any further information, please contact me at your convenience. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-' db
