RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend to the City Council approval of Final Tract Map No. 11477 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2008. BACKGROUND: The proposed map is an area of .627 acres with 9 lots and one common area lot. The Tentative Map was approved on June 15, 1981 by both the Planning Agency and City Council. Use Permit 81-11 was also approved on that date which authorized the nine (9) townhomes. MAC/mi TRACT NO. 11477 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2008 A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT 11477 The Planning Agency of the City of Tustln does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The planning Agency finds and determines as follows: As That a proper application was filed by Tustin Townhomes, Inc., pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Drdinance No. 834 for the purpose of creating 10 separate parcels from a lot 944.48' northerly of Irvine Boulevard on the easterly side of Holt Avenue. (14632 Holt). B. That said Final Tract Map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. C. That this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. D. That this Final Map is in substantial compliance with the Tentative Map. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Final Tract 11477 subject to the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1954.
