Award the bid to Chapman Bros. Window Tinting and Shades of
Westminster in the amount of $6,112.94 for the installation of
window blinds and tinting in the Clifton C. Miller Co~nunity
Building with the color of the blinds being Desert Sand and the
window tinting a Dark Smoke color as recommended by the City
Engineer. This item was budgeted for $~,000.00.
