WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF
COMPLETION ( City Hall and Police Department Heating and Air
Conditioning Systems)
Adoption of Resolution No. 81-114 and if no claims or stop payment
notices are filed within 30 days of the date of recordation of the
Notice of Completion, authorize the release of the bond that has
been posted in the amount of $59,575.00 as recommended by .the
Community Develo~ent Department.
