HomeMy WebLinkAboutOB 1 60 FOOT ANTENNA 09-08-81 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 OLD BUSINESS NO. 1 RESOLUTION NO. 1991 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, DENYING AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE 60-FOOT ANTENNA TO PROVIDE CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES, LOCATED AT 1302 SERVICE ROAD. The Planning Agency of the City of Tusttn does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: A. That a proper application, (Use Permit No.81-24), has been filed on behalf of Six Star Nielson Cablevision Association, to request authorization for the construction of a single 60-foot antenna located in the Planned Industrial District (PM). B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That establishment, maintenance, and operation of the use applied for will, under the circumstances of this case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort, or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use, evidenced by the following findings: 1. The project's incompatibility with, and it's proximity to, nearby residential areas. D. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the use applied for will be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, or to the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should be denied. II. The Planning Agency hereby denies Conditional Use Permit No. 81-24, to authorize the construction of a single 60-foot antenna for Cable Television Services located at 1302 Service Road.
