The parkway frontage has two (2) Ash trees ~4~ich they have requested the City to remove and also to repair the side walk which is damaged. Estero Circle is one of the recent areas annexed to the'City. It is the cul-de-sac at the end of Andrews Street off of Newport Avenue by the old Library 'building. The two trees have moderately damaged the sidewalk and there is slight damage to the curb and gutter. We did not distribute letters to the neighbors asking if they objected to removal of the trees as all the buildings are rental units and the occupants would not be homeowners. RECOMMENDATION: I reco,,,i,end that the trees be removed as requested and replace with trees that are mutually agreed upon by the owner and the City.and that the damaged cement work be added to the repair list and repair as soon as pOSSlD/e. In addition to the removal of the trees, I request that the concrete sidewalk in front of said property be repaired where necessary. Tha6k you.
