ORDINANCE NO. 857
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF
THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
follows:
1. Section 9503 of Chapter 5 of Article 9 of the Tustin City Code
amended to read as follows=
"Each m,mher of the Agency shall receive as compensation Thirty
Dollars ($30.00) for each meeting of the Agency attended by the
member, provided that no member shall receive compensation for
attending more than four (4) meetings of the Agency during any
calendar month. In addition, members shall receive their
actual and necessary expenses, including travel, incurred in
the discharge of their duties as members of the Agency."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
city of Tustin, California, held on the day of , 1981.
