19 2. This claim is based on a semi-truck, wheelchair crash on May 22, 1981,
20 at the intersection of Red Hill Avenue and Laguna Road in the City of Tustin,
2~ County of Orange, State of California, under the following circumstances:
a. Claimant RUTHI S. RAL,T,~N was in her wheelchair and had gone do~n
23 the driveway of the gasoline service station as she had been instructed by the
~ Traffic Engineering Department of the City of Tustin as there are no curb cuts
~§ at the intersection. As she waited for the light to change to proceed across the
36 street, she was run over by a semi-truck.
