RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint a Representative and Alternate Delegate from the following applicants:
Phyllis Tuttle
Bonnie Gillman
BACKGROUND:
By direction of the Council, a newspaper article was published in the Tustin News
on July 16, 1981, seeking applicants for Representative and Alternate Delegate for
Tustin to the Orange County Health Planning Council.
Phyllis Turtle, 1192 Mitchell Ave., %16, Tustin, and Bonnie Gillman, 11401 Arroyo
Ave., Santa Ana, have submitted resumes (attached) and desire to be appointed.
