Wynn, City Clerk $~JECT: CHANGE OF FORMAT FOR AGENDAS RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the attached format for future agendas. BACKGROUND: At various Agency and Council meetings, the general public has not understood the procedure for the Plsn-ing Agency, Redevelopment Agency or City Council meetings. Attached is a new cover sheet along with agendas of the three meetings. This cover sheet incorporates the instructionsthat previously ware on the Council agenda. The Redevelopment Agency Agenda is separate from the Council Agenda. This will enable the Planning Agency to adjourn to the Redevelopment Agency, and then the Redevelopment Agency to adjourn to the City Council. All items scheduled for an evening meeting are listed under "7z30 P.M. Meeting' at the end of the afternoon agendas. This format should simplify and clarify our procedures. Mary E.
