I believe it would be to our benefit to have resolutions prepared for presentatic~ concerning limitations cn Worker's Compensation cases specifically in the public safety area and also on the Rehabilitation Benefits for past employees particularly those who have been terminated from their employment. At the present time both of these issues are continuous thorns in the side of the City ofTustin as they are a3mOst every other co~a',~nity in the State of California. I would recommend that the Council take this under consideration and direct the City Attorney in ccnjunction with the Staff to prepare such resolutions in those problem areas that w~ are frequently confronting.
