Thayer, Acting Cit~ Manager r~ Ron Nault, Finance Directo Resolution Adopting the 1981-82 Operations and Capital Improvement Budgets for All Funds Except the RDA and Water Funds. DISCUSSION The attached Resolution incorporates all the changes discussed duringthe Budget workshops and all negotiated salary adjustments. The Redevelo~ent Budget will be covered under a separate Resolution of the Agency. The Water Fund Budget will be submitted under separate cover. Review and adopt the Resolution as Presented. i~SOLUT~ON NO. 81-89 2 3 A ~ESOLUTION OF T~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ADOPTING THE CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING PJ~ENUE OF THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-82. 4 5 WEL~EAS, in accordance with Section 1415h of the Tustin City Code, the City Manager has prepared and subm/tted to the City Council a proposed 6 ann~al budget for the 1981-82 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1981, and 7 W~REAS, the City Council, as the legislative body of the City, has reviewed this proposed budget~ and W~=REAS, the City Council has determine~ that it is necessary for 9 the efficient management of the City that certain sums of revenue of the City be appropriate~ to the various departments, offices, agencies, and activities 10 of the City. 11 NOW, 'z~=REFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin ~oes hereby resolve, determine, and or~er as follows: 12 Section 1: A certain document on file in three (3) copies in the 13 office of the City Clerk of the City of Tustin, being marked and designated 14 "City of Tustin Budget 1981-82." Said document, as prepared by the City Manager and reviewed and adjusted by the City Council, is hereby adopted for 15 the fiscal year comencing July 1, 1981.
