BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On April 6, 1981, the Planning Agency and City Council approved
Tentative Tract No. 11291 by adoption of Resolution 1959 and 81-35
respectively.
The final map is in substantial compliance with the tentative
RECOMMENDED ACTION
That the Planning Agency adopt Resolution No. 1990 to recomfwFmend
approval of Final Map No. 11291 by the City Council.

RESOLUTION NO. 1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TRACT
NO. 11291.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
A. That Final Tract No. 11291 was submitted pursuant to
Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) by Olen properties on
behalf of LaSalle-Deitch Company for the purpose of
creating a two-lot subdivision from one existing lot
lot at 1231 Warner Avenue.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
C. That a Negative Declaration has been approved to~
conform with the California Environmental Quality Act.
II.
The PlAnning Agency hereby recommends to the City
Council approval fo Tract No. 11291, subject to final
approval by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of
the City of Tustin, held on the 6th day of July, lg81.
