Subject: Updating of TAC Membership Roster
Dear Mr. Thayer:
During the last few meetings of our Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) it has
become apparent that a number of the TAC appointments are outdated, although
we continue to carry them on our roster. This has perhaps been partly responsible
for the continuing Iow attendanee on the part of the currently designated TAC
members.
The Committee will be addressing significant issues in the near future, relating to
programming of funds, immediate and long-range planning, and matters of
Commission policy, as well as reviewing the results of the County Employment
Projections Program and other Commission sponsored studies.
We are now in the process of our annual update of the TAC membership roster and
mailing list. We would like to request a letter from your City appointing (or re-
appointing) a representative and an alternate to the Committee. Ail future
agendas and other materi~l~ will be addressed to the designated member and it
will then be his or her responsibility to forward the materials to the alternate
when the member is unable to attend.
Your cooperation in updating our membership roster will be appreciated. If we do
not receive a reply by July 15, 1981 your name will become the designated TAC
member.
Sincerely,
Thomas L. Jenkins
